RCO FDA CRF Part 11 Policy
RCO meets the Federal Code of Regulations part 11. We run a closed system for each customer and records are protected from the source to the data center and back. We have ssl encryption for the transmission. For those customers where sensitive information is transmitted we employ AES-256bit encryption and meet the IRS rules for financial transactions. We have electronic signatures as per the FMCSA and also employ this on bill of ladings.
